They are both around my age, one is 15 and the other is 16. I'm 16, wherever I look, I see them. They are like haunting me, so all I want to know is if this is normal

    Feelings of attraction can be overwhelming when you are younger.
    Your mind can just obsess with things and it is hard to control it.
    It is very normal.

    Maybe you should just try to spend some time with them.
    Get to know them better. See if you like their company.

    On the other hand, if you like fantasizing about your neighbors,
    why ruin a good fantasy with reality. Keep on dreaming.

    It's completely normal to think about others that are your age. But it seems you are somewhat obsessed with them. They shouldn't occupy your mind so much.
