Is it time to move on?

I asked a girl out on a dinner date, and she said yes. We were planning to go, but a conflict of interest issue came up, so we decided to push back the date a week or so. Then we had midterms, so it was pushed back another week. Saturday, she agreed to go out with me next weekend, but then Sunday (today) she texted me telling me she's been seeing someone and that it wouldn't be right of her or fair to me or the other guy. She also said she doesn't want to give me the wrong idea. I am just confused because she seemed interested and then out of the blue, she cancelled. I'm guessing I should just move on, but I also really like this girl a lot, so I don't know if I should wait a little first before moving on.

    She's already got a guy and she's telling you so and you've got nothing so you've got nothing to move on from.
