    Are you role playing being someone else and that's who she's thinking of? Real person or imaginary? How do you know she's thinking of someone else?

    Not being able to orgasm unless she's thinking of someone else is a fetish and I can see why you wouldn't like it.

      I don't think it sounds very nice. It's one thing to roleplay every once in a while, but to not be able to be satisfied with one's partner without thinking of someone else would be a bit of a dealbreaker for me to be completely honest.
