Is it reasonable to not be fond of certain people until you know them?
I'm not really fond of the elderly or asians (being asian myself). I don't stereotype, because I believe that there's alittle bit of everything in every race/group of people, but of course we see certain trends in certain races of people more often then others at times. I'm not fond of the elderly because they tend to be very old-fashioned and more close-minded (More prejudice and racist). I'm not really fond of asians because most of them I've met are selfish and money-grubbing.
I'm basing this all on experience and I'm not saying that all elderly people and asians are like this, it's just that I see this more often in these two groups then any other. Of course if I meet a nice elderly person and/or asian I will acknowledge them and show them courtesy like I would anyone else. It's just if I see them walking on the street and whatever, I pay no attention or have any interest in them at all.
Is this reasonable and is anybody else like this?
