Is it really possible to lie and not realize it at all?

Yes, especially if the lie is repeatedly told many times over and over again. I think eventually you actually start to subconsciously believe it yourself, at least in my experience. Sometimes it took/takes me a few moments to realize that it actually wasn't true, just after I said it.

Yes, it is possible. I sometimes become so absorbed by a lie that I don't have to think before I say. These are for the sort of non-malicious lies that I use to get people off my back when they bother me, not serious lies.

Sometimes thing have double meaning

Maybe look at thing's that are being lied about..Are they things that are about their self esteem ? I found myself being like that and I was called out on each one, even when I was being truth full ..I kind of think of like I was playing and fantasizing and other's were not aware of my head space ..I think it good to embrace reality no matter what your situation..

It's impossible. If you say you've done it, then your aware of the lie.
If not, you wouldn't know that you've done it.

when u are used to lying so much, sometimes u beigin lying to urself, so lying to others is less of a feat and more of second nature, unfortunately.
