Ok im serious now. So awhile back i took a few space exploration classes. And ive always been curious why we only travled to the moon? Why cant we go to/land on other planets? Is it not safe? I know we cant go to Mars cause its too hot. But why cant we go to Uranus or Jupiter? Can we go to Pluto??

Uranus can have large assteroids along with an abundance of concentrated methane gas. That, combined with somewhat regular eruptions, lava flow, and surface cracks and fissures can make for a highly unpleasant environment.
It's occasionally inhabited by Klingons.
The atmosphere or lack there of is the main reason that we can not travel to other planets. Also temperatures and light levels contributes to us not living on other planets. Earth has specific conditions that allow life
No there are millions of planets out there that CAN sustain life forms from bacteria to advanced life forms but those planets are really far away hundreds of thousands of light years away. Besides we can land on other planets such as Mars, but colonies can't be formed.( yes I now about the upcoming MarsOne mission) along with there being millions of 'inhabitable' planets out there almost all have some sort of negative affect such as one side being fire, and the other being ice but right in the middle is in habitable, or the planet is slightly too warm or too cool, Earth is the true home of humans, it is possible to inhabit other planets as we're currently trying to inhabit Mars, but the technology and budget that is needed to go into it is insain. It took 9 years for the drone to reach Pluto which is in out solar system
Mars is too hot? Where did you get that idea? Mars is frozen solid due to a near complete lack of atmosphere.
There are many "too" reasons why we can't travel to Mars. Hot is not one of them.
That's beside the point, when it comes to attempts to land, Uranus should really be on the bottom of our list. Mars is relatively easy and straight forward. With very little atmosphere, it's something we can aim towards. Heck, landing on Pluto is like a really far away equivalent of landing on the moon.
Uranus is a whole other kettle of fish. It has a dense layer of various chemical clouds, from our beloved water to a rather painful outer layer of ammonia. Below the clouds, the surface is not even solid. It is a super dense liquid consisting of ammonia and water which goes most of the way to the middle of the planet, making up 60% of the planets radius. At the core is a lump of of mainly silica, nickel and iron.
This isn't a play on the name, Uranus literally is a shit hole. We have about as much reason to attempt to land there as on Jupiter. To put that into perspective, Jupiter is a spherical storm with such a great mass (2.5x all the other planets put together) that despite having a diameter 1/10th of the Sun, the centre of mass between them is actually beyond the surface of the Sun.
So yeah, gas giants and ice giants, we'll leave them till last.
We do send missions to other planets. I don't know if we have the capabitity to reach that far at this time.
