Is it possible to come out as straight after being asexual?

Was I straight the entire time? I really didn't feel any kind of attraction through. It just hit me in the face at 27. My parents even had my brother bring a "We Can Have Grandkids!" cake to my break room.

You're okay. Your family is another story.

Don't fall into the trap of labels. Try living in the grey area for a while. There is actually a lot of peace when you don't have to constantly worry if you are being the epitome of your label. Don't let anxiety live your life :)

Sexual attraction and romantic attraction are two different things. Asexual can still fall in love. Good luck with your first relationship, and don't give into family pressure and have a baby if you don't want to.

I had a girl friend who claimed to be asexual and even wrote it on a high school autobiography work and is now probably getting laid every week.
