Either OP didn't think while making this or they're really very selfish.
1. If you put a two year old brain in your body, what if the brain doesn't work right, or never matures anymore or something?

2. No 2 year old is gonna consent to this.

3. No parents are going to consent to this.

4. So basically you'd have to kidnap a kid, then get some suegeon willing to perform an unwilling brain transplant, then you'll probably have to kill your former self so the kid can't accuse you. See the problem?

You are an adult using the word "icky".

I don't think 2 would, mentally, be a very big step backwards.

Wait, you want to transplant your brain so you can be young again? Not unreasonable in some peoples eyes. But, you ARE taking another things life (Unless you give the 2 year old brain to the 36 year old body). And you are prolonging your life. Religious fanatics would be in uproar, "He is denying God's will! He must die when it is his time", So go for it! Become a brain surgeon and try it!

Oh, and Michael Jackson wasn't the only one, take a look at Peter Pan! Actually I think there is something called "Peter Pan Syndrome" where you try to be young again. If its common enough to have a name, meh. There are also people who like to act like they are small children as adults. Sort of reversal of what you're talking about. Its a lifestyle choice.

Well... It's sort of normal.
I mean, I've been bored and daydreamed about being 5-years-old but with the brain I have now. (I thought it would be cool because I could considered a super genius. ._.)
But that's the only reason I ever thought about it.

I'm a teenager and I love being a teenager and I'm glad I have a teenage body and I like it. I don't want to be a child because I want to look like a child and act like one. That just sounds like you have some growing up issues you should take care of.

This will happen in July 17th 2010. Nano technology will reach a pinnicle at human creation. you can be reborn 1000 times a day and eat things you would never eat before and be okay after that. So everyone, go ahead, eat that venomous spider and snake. it will be better for all of us.

holy crap, i have never seen anyone else so accuratley describe my own feelings on the hideous little parasites, you a far more normal than you know, people need to realise that babies are ugly as sin, and to the lady who described "emotion" of having a child, do you even realise how many hormones and endorphins your body starts pumping out during and after birth? its not love your feeling, its a chemical reaction.

It's normal to me. I would do it. I don't want to die. Ever. I think people try to act like they'll never die, but they all will. I'd go into a younger body to prolong my short life.

I think whoever posted this is saying they don't like their body and/or they want to live forever so they want their brain to keep being implanted into a baby's head so it will be them technically but in another body, a youthful body. Yea I don't think brain transplants will ever fly, especially not by taking another life like that. Besides I don't believe man would ever be smart enough to do that, there are so many things in the body connected to the brain.

The only adult i can think of who wants to be a kid is Michael Jackson. So you can guess that this is not normal. As you have issues with self esteem and the way you look, i would talk to a doctor about this who can refer you to a therapist.
