Is it possible my moms forcing a gender change?

Me and my sibling are different sexes. My sibling came out as gay and became an alcoholic. After I left my sibling told me they were transgender and transitioning. My parent has a mental illness which makes them rather abusive and clingy without realizing it. Is it possible they are forcing my sibling to change sex because they are mad I left home and cut contact?

    Having abusive and clingy parents doesn't make people transgender ..
    Seems like you are making this all about you instead of accepting and supporting your sibling ..

      No, I'm not saying that had anything to do with it. I mean forcing it on them because they're already confused about their sexuality and it would serve her purpose. You are using false causation.
