    Family isn't a one-size-fits-all ordeal. Family can come in a variety of forms and yes, even those without kids are families. 'Family' are those one loves/cares about. The ones you can trust your life to as well as those that depend on you (pets, siblings, parents, etc). It isn't limited to just 1 man, 1 woman, and their 2.5 kids.

    It's a society-ingrained fallacy to believe otherwise.

    I think it should happen more. We have all the kids, but no family that'll take 'em in. You got thousands of gay couples trying to take kids in, and if I ended up having a same-sex partner you bet we'd take some kids in too.

    Don't adopt kids, sorry to be harsh, but it wouldn't be fair to the kids. There is a good chance they would get made fun of at school. In addition, due to the risk of bullying and discrimination, kids raised by same sex parents are way more likely to have serious mental health problems as adults and a lot even end up committing suicide at some point.

        When I think about it, your point actually makes sense. I think that the kids raised by gay people probably have some type of special purpose now that I think about it. I think gays were probably evolved as a sort of reserve for whenever there were not enough women around to raise kids. I'm talking from a purely evolutionary perspective here. Oh, and by the way, I am actually insane, like I am allegedly clinically crazy so I find your use of the term pretty condescending.

        On a side note, I think that two women would be fairly capable of raising a kid no question about that

    Sure, adopt a child. I think it will be a bit awkward if your adopted child goes has a parent interview and the teacher calls for their mum and dad.
