Is it nornal to i feel like im about to cry all the time?

I always feel like Im about to cry and when I try to pull out the reason, many reasons come to mind but none of them seem right. Does anyone understand?

    I'm someone who suffers from depression. You seem to have a symptom but it could just be something is not right in your life. If you feel like this mire often than not over a period of two or more weeks and it's overwhelming then I would suggest to go see your doctor. If it does turn out to be depression of sorts then it will only get worse if untreated. Depression is an illness not something we choose to have and needs treatment for it to subside be it through medication, therapy or both. It could just be something simple that you may need to address. Please don't suffer in silence. It's hard enough. Good luck and try take good care of yourself.

    Are you drinking/smoking pot/doing something else? I would cut back and exercise if you are. After that stuff leaves your system you go through withdrawal which can have that effect. I had a friend with the same problem which used to smoke a lot of pot. When she stopped smoking pot the crying went away. Doesn't mean you have to quit, just help you body detox when you are done via exercise, stretching, etc.

    I can relate SO much. It's horrible trying to find a reason. My hubby? My kids? Where I live? Economy killing my bank account? All my friends moved out of state because they hate it here? I could go on. Everyone has their reasons to feel this way. I found someone to talk to. He helps me try to sort out my thoughts. I feel grounded again after I do.

    Try to find someone to talk to. It really does help.

    I think it's normal. Maybe because I feel the same way. I can easily think of something random and be ready to cry. Although I feel like I could at any moment I don't. It's not an overwhelming feeling. maybe I'm depressed and don't realize it.

    I'd talk to someone personally about what's going on. If you need to cry let it be to them and not sitting alone in your room.
