Is it nornal to feel jealous for someone else?

Basically, my brother likes this girl, and when I see her with another guy I feel jealous. I don't like her, but it makes me feel upset and I know very well the feeling is jealously but in my brother's interest, not mine.

Does this make sense, or does it happen to anyone else?

    Yeah, I get a similar feeling, I wouldn't call it jealousy though. More like a sad disapproval because in my head this person's supposed to be doing something or with someone else and isn't living up to my expectations. It's a creepy empathy. However, I usually disapprove of my sibling's choices in partners, so I'd be glad in your situation.

    I felt jealous for my sister before with at least one particular guy that I thought would have been great for her.
