Ok . This problem startd not to long along I get these bumps usually when I come frm a cool place and come into a hot environment they don't stay long but when iget them I get them everywhere so its embrassing when iget them in public . . .. plz somebody if you have the same problem wht did you do to make it stop
It might be urticaria pigmentosa. I've had this my whole life. Look it up. Allergy meds may help.

yes its head rash. i used to get heat rash really bad and it would last weeks but i never knew how to help it or prevent it. i was too embarrassed to talk to anyone about it. but yes power does help a lot. keep a small container in your bag for when you start sweating and use it.
Yes. It's a heat rash. I get them too. I'm just glad they don't stick around very long! Powder helps.
