Is it normally to get stomach ache after french kiss?

My partner woke me up in the middle of last night and we had French kisses and romance. Right after as I was resting I got a terrible stomach ache, I felt like all my organs are crumbling up; I got really scered. I sat up to ease the pain and it went away after a few minutes. Since then I have been thinking as to what caused the pain? It could be because it was middle of the night and our mouth was not clean .

Would appreciate if someone could give an explanation

No, stomach ache is not something that's normal after making out. And even if your partner's oral hygiene is atrocious, you're not going to get some sort digestive tract infection off him that causes intense stomach pain within a few minutes of kissing him.

I suspect it's completely coincidental that you experienced the pain after the kissing, and the discomfort was probably due to trapped gas or something you ate earlier.

If your torso was sort of twisted around while you were making out, that might have something to do with this. When you say you "had romance", I guess you mean you had sex? (You are allowed to use that word here, you know.) If so, perhaps your position and his during that was part of the problem.

Or it could be due to excitement causing you to tense your abdominal muscles, possibly without you even being aware that you were doing it.

    I don't think it's related.
