Is it normally to get stomach ache after french kiss?

My partner wake me up in middle of last night and we had French kisses and romance. Right after as I was resting I got a terrible stomach ache, I felt like all my organs are crumbling up; I got really scered. I sat up to ease the pain and it went away after a few minutes. Since then I have been thinking as to what caused the pain? It could be because it was middle of the night and our mouth was not clean .

Would appreciate if someone could give an explanation

    I would gather more data. Try to repeat french kissing in the middle of the night with not-so-clean mouths 10 more times.

    If you get a significant rate of stomachache, then repeat the experiment 10 more times but during daytime hours to exclude the possibility of late night hours being a factor.

    If in both cases you get a lot of stomachache and you are sure you can link it to french kissing and not your diet, low immune system, exhaustion or some disease, then you have your answer.

    (By the way, I love french kissing with dirty mouth and never got anything remotely resembling stomachache nor did my partners.)

    You should probably see a doctor about this especially if this you have experienced this multiple times. It could just be from being nervous or from something you ate the day before but you should always check with a doctor.
