Is it normally that i get head twitches?

When im nervous, especially when im around people i get uncontrolable head and neck twitches. Its embarrassing.. I started getting them about a year or two ago. Ive always had panic attacks so thats not the reason. Is it normal? Why do i get it? Is there a cure?

    It's normal, when I'm nervous my eyes twitch and I don't stop twisting my hair.
