Is it normall to dream about having boyfriends that die dramatically?

I dream, nearly every night that I have a new boyfriend. I'm 20 and gay and have yet to have one. In all these dreams, they end up dying in strange ways like getting turned in to a frog and eaten by a hawk, or melting into a manhole. Is it normal to dream this frequently.

    Maybe we can hook up ^_^ My best guess would be that you think of their deaths as a result about not possibly being open about your homosexuality. Im bi-sexual and open about it, exept to my family of course. I used to suffer from anxiety from repressing my feelings and would often have strange desires and dreams. As soon as I became open and got partners, the anxiety stopped.
