Is it normal when trying to poo a clear jelly liquid comes out?

For the past 3 months or so I've been gassy and while trying to poo this clear jelly liquid comes out (I've never done anal so ha ha get it out of your head). No poo comes out it just feels like it cause of this jelly. Maybe 1-2 tbsp. Anyone else have this?

    Are you sure the jelly isnt comming out of your vag durring the birth or your poo? cos that is normal - usually some sort of irritation in your vag (not necessarily infection).
