Could it be the mattress you are sleeping on? Could it be how you move (or don't move) when you sleep? Could it be a lack of oil in your diet? Fish oil pills are supposed to help with joints I believe. Cod Liver Oil.

    ^Just some guesses.

My arms and my stomach hurt when I woke up today, and it's 5:43 and it still hurts (make that 5:44). Idk my bones seem pretty small and not strong. Drink more milk?? Maybe it was something that you did the day before and you felt it in the morning like you are drunk and u got hangover idk I'm JUST A GIRL!!!

Fibromyalgia, Arthritis, Overworking Joints, etc. I constantly wake up with stiffness due to osteo arthritis and fibromyalgia.

if you get tested for arthritis and it comes back negative, you should look into other things. ehler-danlos makes all your joints hurt in the morning. i have to relocate my bones every morning and they make extremely loud popping sounds. don't know your situation, but if you crack and pop like rice crispies it wouldn't hurt to at least read about it, unless you are easily influenced by suggestions.

  • It most likely sounds like you have rheumatoid arthritis or the beginning stages of it. Go see a doctor.

Work out more, and don't forget stretching exercises. If it persists, go to a doctor

Arthritis or probably due to slow potassium levels that can cause joint pain.
