Could be something to do with the spotlight effect. To put it simply we always believe people are paying more attention to aspects of us than they actually are. For some like you and me it could be to do with insecurity for others it could be being noticed in a good way. I still feel fairly uncomfortable in public sometimes for the reason you mentioned but I'm more comfortable than I was. Different things work for different people but for me I just put myself in the situation more, for example, going to the shops to get small things that i'd usually leace because I couldn't be bothered to leave the house or just going for daily walks
Yeah,I had that same problem too.Just smoke a joint or get drunk before you go out.
Why in the world would all those people be staring at you?
Don't you think they all are much more concerned with their own problems, than looking at you?
I'm not being mean, here, only trying to get you to realize that none of those people have any interest in you and most likely give you nothing more than a casual, thoughtless glance, if that.
yes maybe that's right, take it easy, that's not the way I expressed but there was a time that I was feeling like this all the time, I've lived some where that it's people used to wear black or white and if you were wearing a yellow shirt which you like it or using a head phone could make you labled and strange, now I don't care about it, but thanks for the answer, it's normal here to ask about abnormal things, normal or abnormal all depends on our values and the number of people who vote them as normal or abnormal
if you catch anyone staring at you give them a quick slap on the cheek then keep walking don't look back
