Is it normal when i start my period..(ladies please help!)

To be extremely uncomfortable, constipated, bloated like a ballon, and tired? I hate hate hate hate HATE fuck'n periods! I seriously kinda would rather be dead then go through another one. And what sucks is I can't sleep because of the cramps and constipation. Yeah I take motrin, paprin, etc. but It does not do enough. And birth control meds are too expensive. How can I deal with this???? What can I do that's cheap and WORKS! Uuuuugh guys have it WAY to easy!!!!!

Don't forget the pains, sore boobs, mood swings, the desire to eat everything from the chocolate bar in the fridge to the table and chairs, heavy bleeding, blood gushes, back pain, bad skin. Men would not cope.

Go to planned parenthood!!!! Without insurance I get mine for 12.00 a month. I couldn't stand the pain without them.

I get terrible pains and usually cry on the first or second say. Trying all different medications can help but there are so many different side effects that sometimes, taking them will make other problems that are worse. I just drink a lot of water, take cold-ish showers and try to get my mind into something to forget the pain

Something with paracetamol in should do the trick and maybe see a doctor to see if they have any more advice

If it hurts so bad that it disrupts your life and makes you wish you were dead, then you need to see a dooctor. Try the local family planning clinic or health department for free or low cost birth control pills. Stay away from caffine and drink plenty of water during your period.

you can do floor exercises to help stop the cramps but you will have to google them, its hard to explain on here. start taking fibre tablets daily to help with your constipation.
