    Assuming you're male... get some cheerios. You can drop some in the toilet to use for pee-target practice.

    If you're a girl ... try sitting on the toilet completely before you let your bladder relax

    If your a guy, try to sit to pee if you have an erection, or have wanked/had sex since your last pee. If you have an erection it is wicked hard to aim, and if you have wanked/had sex before you pee it will caused the stream to shot gun blast and be impossible to aim.

    In addition, pay attention to which way your "little guy" is pointing when you pull him out. Sometimes if he has been pushed to left or right for a while it will continue to point that way and when your stream starts you will get a surprise shot to the side.

    Otherwise get some cheerios like angel_in_a_glass_dress said.
