Is it normal when i'm hungry.....

Ok. So I'm in school, right? Well i have late lunch. I never have time to eat breakfast as my bus gets here super early. I'm fat. I will admit that. I'm 5.5 and 210 pounds. Sometimes in class, when no one's lookng, I'll eat my own boogers, or my fingernails, or even chomp my skin off. Once i bit my mouth so deep, it numbed itself up. I've tried dieting, exercise and everything, but nothing helps with my weight and hunger. is it normal to go to such extreme measures as stated, as well as sneaking food during the night?

    Your body can't usually tell if your hungry or thirsty, try taking a big glass of water be fore eating anything, or take it to school with you. If not get out and exercise and learn to eat the right foods as before stated

    If you're hungry, then you should eat healthier things. Eating your "boogers", "fingernails" & "bitting dead skin" is disgusting. You could do better than that! Eat more protein, like eggs. The protein will keep you fuller for much longer. Eat fruits and vegetables. The fiber will also keep you full and cleanse your body of waste. Stop eating yourself and crap food!!! If you want to lose weight, you must change these habits!!!

    Those are really bad habits that you should try to break. You actually don't feel so hungry when something is distracting you, so I suggest you should find a hobby or take up Cross Country running. Also, drinking lots of water can curb your hunger a little.

      "Curb your hunger a little" ..? I'm 6'1 1/2 and 264.. but i exercise, lift, and wrestled.. Shit.. I can help him.

      He needs to go walking to start off his exercise. Walk for about 2 hours a day and drink plenty of water. Then actually.. Go to the gym, if assessable. If not, just start doing light sit ups, push ups, and squats. That'd build muscle added muscle. Do about 5-10 per and start eating breakfast.. It's just as important as lunch.. Even if you don't want to eat.. Eat something. That way, you won't be like the cookie monster at home; munching on all sorts of junk food.

      Then take your exercise up a step.. Jogging. Take it easy and job a 1 a day.. with a total of 2-3 walking breaks consisting of 30 seconds to a minute. Then move up til you're comfortable.. Remember.. No one is going to lose this weight for you.. cause you have to learn.
