    I always wondered about the nutrition info on microwave popcorn.

    Does the information include everything in the bag or just the popcorn that pours out after popping?

    Unlike the OP I do enjoy microwave popcorn and enjoy scraping all the salt & grease from inside the bag. Does the nutrition info reflect this?

    Not that it's overly nutritious to be eating microwave popcorn all the time. I've just always wondered.
