If it's pleasant and you are able to go to sleep, it's normal and fine. It's better than reliving a frustrating work day or negative conversations with your family. If that happens it's helpful to use TV or radio as background noise. That helps me stay out of swirling negative thoughts that cause insomnia.

    Hello there!

This sounds really sweet (and totally normal, by the way!).
Even if some of your sleepy memories aren't pleasant ones, reliving the past through thoughts and dreams is beautiful, in it's own way.

Sometimes my husband and I both recall the birth of our twin boys before bed - almost like a lullaby of the past to send us to sleep!

Hey - it beats counting sheep!

Good luck, and remember...any questions, feel free to ask!

    xx
