Is it normal when i feel like my eyes are "strained" under stress?

Sometimes when I'm stressed, my eyes feel 'FIXATED' like I cannot relax them. I feel like I am not in total control, & am kind of rigid, & my balance is off. I can't focus properly, and I just feel compulsive, if not frantic, but resistant to it because I'm aware when I am in that state, and I'm usually tensed up. I try to relax, but.

I have an ear disorder &, was born with an ectopic brain tumor on my jaw. Its all on the one side, but it used to be really bad, & I'm partially paralyzed. I feel like my supervisors at work (and people in general) were not understanding to my state in the past because I was going through a lot of issues, and no one seemed to care; but I feel that I am getting better, but I know I still get like this.

High blood pressure can make your eyes feel really strained, almost like the pressure is too much for them. also your face can turn red and if you lay down it gets worse. Sit up on the edge of a couch or something and let your legs dangle like normal. Sit up straight. Lower sodium

  • Yeah, he said I have an inner ear disorder. I can't afford to go to the doctor anymore, as much as I've gone in the past. I have so many issues, I need to figure out which ones most important. Lol..
