It seems that most times where I am under aggression, anger, an excited state, or give a warcry, I tend to see lights flickering kinda lick fire flies.
Sounds like your brain is firing abnormally kind of like some kind of seizure activity. Anyway, calm your ass down before you have a stroke.
What this sounds like to me is a sign that your blood pressure raises far too high when you're upset or excited. The colored spots you see flashing in your eyes is your body telling you that you are about to pass out. This is usually what people see before they faint, minus the blackness creeping in.
I see it sometimes when I cough too hard, or when my blood pressure is high because of stress. So my advice is, YES it's normal, but NO, it should not go unchecked. Go to the doctor and have them perform a stress test.
