My boyfriend is a SEXY black guy. We are currently in high school and he wants me to sit with him at lunch. But he sits at the extremely ghetto table. I would literally be the only white person there. And it would just be awkward...
What do I do? Do I sit there or not?

    The use of the word "ghetto" bothers me. With roles reversed, what if he said, "She wants me to sit with her at lunch but I'd be the only black guy around a bunch of honkeys." Sounds pretty awful, doesn't it?

    This can be a test.Maybe he wants to know if you are ashamed to be seen around him or not.But well, that depends on if you really love him,if you love him you have to love the people around him.But if it's just because he's sexy that you love him,you should just tell him you are shy after all you are still in high school, it's normal.And i understand ,its possible that your friends will tease you about it so maybe you should just tell him you are shy.It really covers everything

    Sit with his friends sometimes and get him to sit with yours sometimes too. And it won't be awkward if you don't think about it. Just don't mention it and you'll be fine.
