Is it normal: weird tingly feeling when i see certain things?

It's hard to describe but sometimes when I see someone who isn't ordinary (like someone with down's or someone who looks weird) my brain gets kinda confused and I have to look away and look back again. It only seems to happen when it's someone unusual or when someone is doing something unusual.

I also have pretty bad vision and sometimes have trouble fully seeing things so i dunno if that has anything to do with it.

    Actually, for about 7 years, I had the same issue. It turned out I was having absence seizures. Random things made me odd and confused.

      How did they diagnose your seizures? EEG?

        Actually, you would need to speak with a neurologist. If they thought you were experiencing something abnormal, they'll test you in various ways.
