Is it normal weather makes my nose itch?

There's a certain type of weather, I think when it's cloudy and high humidity that makes my nose and face go crazy itchy. It feels like its constantly being tickled with a hair or something, but I think it's the humidity. IIN?

    Not really the weather, it's more like the air.. The air makes my nose get stuffed up, then it begins to itch. In my room I have a fan that faces me but blows air from the hallway. Tried to get it not so stuffy in my room, because the air like circulates in my room, and its just awful. So I put it in the hallway facing me and when it gets real cold my nose burns, itches and then stuffs up.
