Is it normal that I dated a girl for a year while we were in college, then she graduated. She said she was going to here Home country where she grew up in for the summer, then moved back home with her parents. We visted but then soon after she got back she moved to another country because she couldnt work in this one. We managed to stay in contact and I love her and she says she loves me. Also we plan to get married. However, lately she has been complaining about her needs and how I do not satisfy them. I did when i was with her but I cant do it now. I plan to move in with her when she gets back. Is this wierd.

    Don't be a sucker. She's already telling you what you "don't do" so be cautious. Then again, love is a fickle beast so just be weary.

    Distance can be deceiving. The visits are basically a vacation. If you plan to get married, there should be a plan to live in the same place, separately, and pick up the relationship where it left off in order to move towards marriage.
