was raped , one of the guys is going to jail. the other guy got off free and is in a gang so I don't feel safe.I don't have that many friends or the greatest home life and I just want to start over with a new name and everything and have a better life.how do I go about doing that?

    If you have the money to move to another state, that's first.
    Then you go to the court house and apply to change your name. It's pretty easy to do unless you are a muslum or from a country which harbors Islamic militants. Just fill out the paper work and pay the fees.
    But remember one thing, no matter how far you run or what name you use, you cannot run away from yourself/
    I'm not saying you are wrong to want this, just make sure you are doing it for the right reasons.

    That is so bloody awful. That should never happen to anyone. I don't know you but I'm sorry to hear it happened to you and I hope you come thru it. I also hope the bastards that did that to you get what they deserve and never have the chance to do that to anyone again.
