As an absolute fan of this site (almost to the point of obsession), I have become increasingly more aware that the site is less active than it was when I first started coming here. Lots of regular users have left, others fade in and out and there just doesn't seem to be nearly as much activity as there was even as little as say five months ago.

What I would like to do is ask you all for your help. I want everyone to sign this post as if it was a register so's I can see who is still here and still going strong. Come on is it normal community let me see ya!

You can count me present.

If I may try and give you some insight as to why there is less commenting it may be because the posts have been seeming a bit worse in terms of trolling, vulgarity, and redundancy. Had a few chats about it while it was happening, and I really got to the point where I had to take a break because it was quite distressing actually. I really believe this site is a good thing and it hurt me to see if be so mishandled. Let's hope things get better. It seems like it has been already.

My neighbor spent 9,675 dollars customizing his Honda Civic and that large tree in his front yard just fell on top of it! The roots on the tree are huge, man! Part of his driveway got lifted up with the tree too! Good riddance to that stupid car! It did nothing but make loud noise at 3AM. The best part is that idiot didn't licence or register it. YES! MY SLEEP CYCLE HAS BEEN RESTORED! I SHALL EAT TORTILLA CHIPS AS I LOOK OUT THE WINDOW AT HIS SORRY ASS! THAT BITCH'S TEARS ARE THE BEST KIND OF DIP!

  Damn, that has to be the worst ironic bad luck someone can have. To put all that time and money in something just to see it be destroyed in one night. Without even a way to even repair and, or replace it. That's so bad, I'd set the tree on fire. Just to feel as if I got some sort of deranged revenge.

    He deserved it. He was warned multiple times to cut his trees down. He knew it was a matter of time before a windy enough storm comes to knock a tree down and destroy someone else's property. I'm glad that it was his car. I just wish he'd stop blaming everyone else for his own mistake.

I can't say I've noticed a massive change in community spirit recently, although individual people have been coming and going as they always do. But that might be because I've been commenting more recently, which might have offset my experience of any actual change.

Almost missed this post, but I'm still here!

Admittedly, I don't get to comment as much as I used to. My job takes up most of my time anymore... This place took me in when I needed it most. I will always be grateful for that. I am still very much here in spirit and I don't plan on leaving anytime soon.

I see what you mean. The community vibe has sort of went missing in the past month or so. I personally don't feel that involved. Although, I've been feeling detached all day, so maybe this isn't the best indicator of how I normally feel.

Don't know what a "register" is going to do, though.

well yes i agree with you.. i signed up for here a few months ago but even i can notice the drastic change.
the informative and quite mature comments which impressed me a lot before signing up and those very interesting posts I used to read are no more here.. and its like this site is really going down..
some of the very good i mean helpful users are planning to leave because of the increased trolling issue and its getting less interesting..
