im kinda-ish dating this guy and he hasnt called me or talked to me in a week going on 2 weeks. is that normal?
Eh, the question is have you tried to talk to him? If he's ignoring you, that's one thing...but if you're not making any effort, he may not think you're interested. It's not the 1960's anymore. You need to put in some effort as well.
So does that mean you haven't called him either?
Either he's figuring out if he really wants to be with you or he has already forgotten about you. Positive choices, I know. He could also be injured, kidnapped, or dead.

We'll see what everyone else says, but it seems like a long time to me. I don't live in someone's pocket but it's every couple of days for me in the beginning and then gradually becomes daily.
May seem cruel but did you ever see the film or read the bok "He's Just Not That Into You". If he was playing games he would call you after 4 days. Sounds like he's busy or has moved on.
perhaps he realised that you are a creeper stalker and doesnt want to see you anymore.
Maybe you should add a little more to you're story. What's it like on you're end? What I mean by that is, do you try to get in contact with him, or is this on his part? If you're trying to reach him and he doesn't get back to you, the odds aren't good.
Maybe he wants to see if you think about him and is hoping for you to initiate a conversation first for a change.
It takes two to make things work these days, send him a message and start talking to him again.
