Is it normal two like two people at once?

So recently a friend of mine hooked me up with this really great guy. he is very respectful and seems to care about me a lot. but before she hooked us up, I was starting to have feelings for me ex again. we only broke up because someone told him I cheated on him, so we really didn't have problems and we're still great friends. I honestly still think he likes me and we talk everyday, and he's been so sweet it is hard to decide between the two. But with the guy I was set up with, he texts me all day and sends like those ideal cute text messages, my ex doesn't but we're close. pleaaaase help with any comments or advice?!
