Is it normal too have repeated dreams of a random girl

I'm single and been single for a year now, I have been having crazy dreams of this random girl she is of the same age or around it. This time my dream, I was being chased by a monster.... I ran to this house and all of a sudden the same random girl was there.. smiling and acting happy too see me. She called me by my name as see hugged me, I woke up. It is the same girl everytime I had crazy ass dreams and she was in it same deal. The dreams are at random, I often feel she could be the one but deep down i know it's just a dream.

    Try this: Next time you can be alone, find a comfortable, dark place to sit or lay down. Get cozy, not too warm or too cool. When you're nice and relaxed and cozy, focus on your breathing until you're taking nice, deep and steady breaths without thinking about it. (If you're too tired, you'll probably fall asleep, so try to make sure you've had plenty of rest beforehand. Also, remember to use the bathroom beforehand as well.)

    When you're breathing easy and comfy, imagine yourself standing in the darkness. You're looking for the girl you've been seeing in your dreams. You're on a mission to find her and talk to her. Start searching and walking through the darkness. It's okay if you seem to leave the darkness and end up somewhere else, just let whatever happens, happen. (I must emphasize at this point that you must try NOT to "edit" what happens with your conscious mind. You must try to accept what you see to be "real". Once you're done with the experience, and you wake up, only THEN can you try to "make sense" of it all, but only then.)

    Keep looking until you find her, she may be easy to find and she may not. It may take a few tries and it may not, it will depend on you. Once you do find her, ask her who she is, see if she responds, etc, etc. You may be surprised at what you can learn. It would be interesting to find out if you're successful at this or not too!       Wow! i really like your idea. you sound like u know what youre talking about, bcuz i do meditations myself. what is your culture? how did u learn this?

        I don't really have a "culture" as of yet... but I have a really awesome Teacher. I learned from him how to do past life regressions and how to astral travel. I'm still a n00b though. ^_^

          Well, i would have said the same kind of advice myself! what country are u from? im in the pacific nw. i also believe wholeheartedly in reincarnation and i am a fan of Edgar cayce's material and his books and his life.
