Is it normal too drunk text your ex?

It happen about 2 or 3 months ago, when i woke up to a surprise text from my ex. Saying "Liove you even though tou hate ne" She miss spell some words as you can see. and to point out i receive that text around 3:30 am. so i let a couple of days go by and I called her on Valentines day, she did't pick up but quickly text me back saying "What up?" But too make a long story short she was on vacation and told me how excited she was, and that how she really wanted to talk to me when she got back from her trip. well its been months and we havent spoken ever sense! Ive been doing alot of thinking sense then and chose not to reply if she ever texts me back. What would you do?
