Is it normal to yell audibly when alone to clear your head?

When I am alone and have a negative thought enter my head (such as an awkward moment in the past or having said something dumb) I yell out loud without thinking to get it out of my head. It happens several times a day and is kind of a recently new thing I have started doing I think. I usually don't even notice it but then sometimes my boyfriend will be over and I will do it from a different room and he asks if I am okay. I can't find it anywhere online?

Do like I do and get a cat to sing instead.

I don't see a problem as long as you can control when you do it. Whatever helps you feel better. Sometimes I'll think about something that angers me and feel like yelling, but I rarely do it.

When I am alone I yell from time to time when I have the urge , then again I believe to have some mental health issues or emotional damage so .. it seems normal for me , makes me feel better after I have finished yelling or doing something odd like throwing something for no reason but .. I am not hurting anyone so it seems okay to me .
