Hey-howdy-hey, everyone. I've always glanced at this site, so I've decided to join. Well, anyway, here's my situation. I'm a senior in high school, and I have a girlfriend for the first time ever. Our only means of contact, outside of school, is Facebook. There, we usually just talk, and I tell her how much I care for her, I ask about her interests, etc. My issue is that she takes quite a long time to respond to my messages. (3-9 hours.) I'm a pretty passive guy, am I boring her? I do see her at school and we hang there, but is she losing interest? My mind has just been being battered by doubtful thoughts and possibilities. Is it normal to worry this much about us?

    Normal if her fb msgs don't go straight to her phone.

    Chill out - she will let you know if you are boring her.

    Look and see if she has regular times that she's on and try to co-ordinate your times, or even ask her what time the next day.

    Well it's your first relationship, so it's normal to worry about things like that. If they're someone who is always updating fb with crap then it seems odd, but if they only check it morning and night or something I wouldn't worry.

    It's normal to worry.

    Ask her why she takes so long to respond to you and ask her to be more attentive.
