Is it normal to worry about your health if there is nothing wrong?

I'm always worried about my body and how it's functioning. Do I sleep well feel good have perfect levels ???? I'm obsessed with everything running 100 % if something is out of wack I scramble my brain about how I did not care for myself properly

Some concern about your health is normal. People have normal anxieties about their health. Too much worry can cause illness. Think about whaot you can do to be healthier.
Talk to your doctor if you have specifics. Do some reading up on what's bothering you.

I do that a lot too. I am a total health freak. My friends and my parents just tell me to enjoy a dessert once in awhile, but the message never really seems to get through. I stick to the fruits and vegetables, orange juice and vegetable juice for now! =P

Sounds like OCD. I have it too. I always feel like I'm eaten up with cancer although I have no symptoms. I work in a hospital a see awful things happen to other people so it's hard not to worry. My husband has the right philosophy: find it, fix it, forget it.

It may be that you have some type of anxeity or OCD. I would suggest you speack to a doctor/ or specialist. We all worry about our health, but when your worrying interferes with your everyday life, it becomes a concern

Could be excessive health anxietey. U would suggest reading about hypochondria and trying not to act on irrational impulses.
