Is it normal to worry about my chubby tummy?

In less than a month, I have gained about two inches around my tummy. And before you ask, no, I am not pregnant. My weight doesn't seem to moving around too much, but my tummy has gotten bigger. It used to be flat, but now it is chubby and curves outward noticeably. I'm scared that I am gaining too much and I am very insecure with my body - I kinda want it to either be fat or thin, not in between where it is now. Should I be concerned?

Eating is fun! Enjoy it but not to much! Could be a food baby

Are you drinking enough water? If not, your body will try it's hardest to stockpile it and you'll get water retention (which is maybe what's happening). If your weight isn't fluctuating, it's possible. It can be hormonal too and linked to your monthly cycle.

If you're not comfortable about it only you can change it. You shouldn't be concerned about putting on a couple of inches- my weight is so up and down but if I get too big I know to cut back so I'm slim again. It all depends on what you want, I wouldn't be worried about it but if it's making you insecure maybe you should lose a little?
