Is it normal to workout more then once a day?
I ordered a workout tape which I love! There are three video tapes 'start it up' 'ramp it up' and 'burn it up'
Anyways this is my forth week. I work out everyday! But the thing is, if for example today for mothers day we go out to eat, I want to work out again! My sechule for the day was eat oatmeal, then work out for 50 min the go out to eat which I had a a few drinks, I had a salad for dinner but some crab dip and muse for dissert which made made feel like ahhhh I have to at least work out for 25 min when i get home! And I did!
Is this normal?
