Is it normal to wonder why people put quote marks before and after their title on this site? Is it just to grab attention or am I missing something?
I always thought it was the same person who writes those stories... I figured they do that cus it is called the title and story titles are meant to be in quotes... same with those who capitalize the first letter on every word of their title... cus that is what you would do with an actual story title but yeah it's out of context to that for these stories...
Maybe they're quoting something someone said or asked? Maybe it's what cool kids do nowadays, I don't know.
