Is it normal to wish you could be a child again?
Not have any major causes of stress, not being self-conscious, not having to make big decisions that affect your future.. I don't want to be an adult, it makes me depressed.

Maybe you don't remember being a child. Being told what to do, what to eat, and where you are going. Outgrowing clothes, losing teeth, not having money and when you have money having been told what you can and can't buy. I could go on but the reality is you are a victim of only remembering the good things. We all do it, but it is a variation of the grass always being greener on the other side.
I don’t want to be a child, but I would love having no adulthood stress, and get stuck in a daydream and that be acceptable.
It might sound weird, but I miss the “illogical” fears of childhood. Like hearing your house creak and thinking there’s somebody in the attic. Everything seems boring old!
