Is it normal, to wish that i could create and rule a country?

I wish that I could create and rule my own country. The only way that I can see this as being possible on earth is if I could make it an island nation. However, the legislation can be tricky with that. I have entertained the idea of going to another planet and colonizing a country there. However, Earthling space travel doesn't seem to have widely gotten to this point. If I did this, I am as of yet, unsure of what type of government system my country will employ. Nor do I know what to name it.

Is it normal to want this?

    You could always try to declare your house as a nation... And subsequently get a sniper's bullet lodged in your skull for treason, or the electric chair for that matter. But yes this is normal.
