Is it normal to wish i was born a man

From the time I hit puberty I've always thought my life would be so much more fitting and better if I was born a man. I don't know why but i think and sometimes act like a guy. I also sort of dress and act like one. I'm attracted to men, but sometimes I'll be attracted to a girl too. I don't want to consider myself as bisexual. I think if I was born a male, things would make slot more sense. Is this normal?

It sounds like you may be transgender. Try looking into a gender therapist who specializes in transgender people. They will prescribe you testosterone so that you will grow facial hair, etc. Also, it's not true that most people who transition go back to their birth sex. It's very rare for this to happen.

Normal, not everyone falls under stereotypes.
I would not jump to conclusions so fast. She needs to find out the actual cause for this. The people who go as far as hating their own bodies and wanting to mutilate/kill themselves can't be normal, there must be some underlying causes for this, and the "I'm a man/woman inside a womans/mans body" line doesn't cut it. If you're a functional, healthy human being, nothing on earth can justify your mutilation (e.g. wanting to get rid of your penis, testicles, breasts, etc). Your gender is not the real problem, it's you and how you perceive the world. Also, if transitioning, you will NEVER be 100% male/female (anatomically /physiologically), though you may start to look like one.
There are some people with hormonal issues and genetic mutations, but that occurs more rarely imho, and wanting to change to a certain gender may be justifiable.
This hit home and I know what I'm talking about.

Ehh, well, I am a guy and I wish I was born a girl, I mean what's more fun then being pretty and pleasing your BF, which he can look after you. I just like the idea of being some man's girl.
I'll cook, do the dishes, was and iron his clothes
, make him sammiches and pour him his beer/rum/wine, makes snacks for him and his friends for sport match nights, give him BJ when he returns from work.

I feel sorry for girls. Why would anyone want to get something jabbed inside them for fun? But that doesn't answer the question.

I think humans are basically bisexual anyways, but for varying social reasons we get crammed into a pigeonhole. It's the nature of socializing.

Sounds like you really wish you were a guy. There's got to be a reason for that - but I don't think you're every really going to figure that out.

Everyone is going to want you to see things their way... I just wonder what the actual reasons are for the way you're thinking.

Since it happened around the time you hit puberty it's not really that abnormal. I'm sure a few girls start thinking like that around that time, especially after you get your period. Of course the way you describe how you feel makes it sound a little more serious than maybe the way a lot of other girls feel. Then again, I can only answer from what I know so I could be wrong. Just don't do anything about it, if you're planning on doing something, before you're 100% sure that's what you want to do.
