Is it normal to wipe your bottom while standing?

I never knew people DIDN'T stand! Like, how do reach your bum when you're sitting down...? O_o Er...

Um doesn't everyone do this?

i dont stand or sit. Im kinda in between, in a skiers position, knees bent, feet shoulder width apart. it makes for easier accept i think.

It was only last year that I realised some people wipe their bottom while still sitting down. No-one in my family does, I guess, because my parents didn't. I think it seems really odd to the standers and the sitters to think of the other way of doing it. In the end, both groups of people are normal.

I am a proud stander. I think it's so strange when people continue to sit on the toilet to wipe themselves. Why would you put your hand into the toilet?!

I think older ppl sit to wipe, not because they're old, but I mean... I guess that's just how they learned... but yeah it's normal either way
