I wipe the inside of my butt as well as the outside, using toilet paper and circular motions with one finger inside my anus. It can take time and more toilet paper, but if I don't do it, I don't feel clean. Once that is over, I move to wiping the outside of my butt. Is it normal?
i sometimes do this with my finger tip. it will be much cleaner and you always see brown pieces on the toilet paper.
You are not normal in the USA. That is not necessary unless you are going to have anal sex after you poop. I am not going to be digging up my ass for fudge in the name of good hygiene every time I crap. That can also be dangerous since you can punch a hole into the wall of your rectum. I have a proper amount of fiber in my diet and that pretty much guarantees proper evacuation of all feces from my bum. Are you from Europe or Japan? I know that folks from other countries prefer bidets and a bunch of attentions to their ass after crapping.
