You are obese, at your height you should weight like 125lbs. 214 is obese, not just fat.
According to a BMI chart I just googled, at 5 feet tall, you are officially overweight at 130 pounds and obese at 160.
I'm personally 160-190lbs (my weight changes a LOT) & 5'3 but I play softball all year round pretty much. I'm very active in my opinion. I say do what makes you happy. Yeah although that's pretty unhealthy. I feel big sometimes and everyone tells me I'm not. Even my nurse at the doctors office will tell me I'm muscle. Everyones different though.
yes, you are overweight. You should diet, and maybe talk to your doctor about it.
are you sure you have your weight and height correct? for some reason, its out of the "normal range for a human"... I do think the bmi system is a crock of s*** mind you! But see your doctor I say.
Thanx for the serious answers.. I don't really understand my weight becuz I don't eat alot I tried keeping a count on my calories and u wasn't eating 1000 a day... I kinda active because I work with kids everyday.. I really believe that the reason I weigh this much is because I have big boobs I'm a 36 DDd I don't have a big booty.. I wear normal size clothes a 13 in pants and a xl in shirts. Well I joined a gym I'm gonna do better becAuse I'm too young to be this overweight. I have really been thinking of getting a breast reduction... Again thanx for the serious answers <3
LMAO..sum peopple are really hurtful..but for your height you r crossing into obesity..You should work out at least 3 days a week burning calories more so than toning and eat atlest 2000 calories a day..or something like that..or try weight watchers it really works..but before that gets out of control health wise you should do your research to control that now! good luck!
If it's muscle weight that seems excessive. If it's fat then u need to start taking care of urself
Sorry Hun, I checked my ifitness BMI and your height/ weight is a number 41, in other words you so obese your not even on the chart :( the chart only goes to 35. Try to exercise and eat in moderation :) hope this helpled a little
