Is it normal to weigh myself once every morning?

I like to weigh myself once every morning so that I keep my weight at a healthy and attractive level. 57 kg gives me a BMI of above 18, which is in the healthy range. If I'm less/more than 57 kg, I eat more/less until I reach 57 again. If I'm too skinny, I lose my butt, the bones on top of my boobs stick out, and I think it looks gross. However, if I weigh more than 57, my thighs start to become shapeless (even though I exercise) and my tummy sticks out which I don't think is a pleasing silhouette. I've done this for 27 years, since I was 19, i.e. I've been the same weight all my adult life.

I admire your bravery I don't own a scale and the only time I weigh myself is when I go to the doctor. I can tell if I've gained or lost weight by the way my panties feel on me right now they're a bit loose which means I'm probably at 55kg and I feel great afraid to gain anymore I feel my best at 55kg.

I weigh myself every time I go to the bathroom just because the scale's there so why not. However I don't actually give a shit about my weight.

I do it very often too but with the hope that I've taken some weight.

We pretty much stop growing at around 18-21 so to have a similar weight isn't uncommon. I'm not sure if trying to stick to a very specific weight is very normal (when I tried I forgot in about 2days) but as long as you're happy and healthy I don't see anything wrong in it.

Just don't go crazy if for some reason you couldn't weigh yourself one day because you were on a camping trip and didn't bring your scale, in that case your obsession would be worrisome.

This makes sense, you seem to be going about looking after your weight in a sensible healthy way, rather than obsessing about it or disregarding it. You've found a great balance.

    Unfortunately you're not normal! D:

LOL. Healthy and normal are by no means synonymous.
